Registration

• It is obligatory for anyone who wants to attend the congress, social events and activities as a companion and/or product promoter to register.
• Registration fee; participation in scientific activities, entrance to the stand areas, name badge, certificate of participation, tea and coffee breaks, lunch, congress bag and the documents inside
• For all payments that are not paid on time or delayed after the congress date, 10% will be added to the budgets and as announced on the website and will be reflected to you.
• 18% VAT will be added to the registration fee.

The agency reserves the right to update prices due to fluctuations in the exchange rate.

Terms of Cancellation of Registration;

• The request to cancel the registration must be notified to Solo Event by e-mail or fax.
• If a cancellation request is made before July 21, 2023, half of the registration fee deposited will be refunded.
• There will be no refund for cancellations made on or after July 21, 2023. After this date, only name changes will be accepted.

No Accommodation Registration

• External participation fee is included in the registration fee in case the accommodation is not taken at the congress hotels or the accommodation is not made through the Solo Event. If the specified prices are not paid, we kindly request you to complete the payment, as entrance to the congress hotel will not be possible. Lunch and coffee breaks on scientific session days are included in the registration fee for guests who do not stay. Breakfast and dinner are not included.
• You can enjoy all meals free of charge in the Lobby Bar and throughout the hotel between 10:00 and 18:00 during the congress.
• Covers the hours (09:00-18:00) within the scientific program.
• Each participant will be able to attend the social activities that will take place in the congress hotel free of charge, after having their dinner at their own hotel.
• All participants and company representatives are subject to the registration fee without accommodation, regardless of registration type. Payment must be completed before the congress.

Accomodation

• Accommodation prices are a 3-night package and include all-inclusive accommodation (check-in with lunch at 14:00 on 5 November 2023 and breakfast on 8 November 2023 at 12:00)
• Room distribution; will be made according to the order of application and payment dates.
• For all payments that are not paid on time or delayed after the congress date, 10% will be added to the budgets and as announced on the website and will be reflected to you.
• VAT and additional taxes will be added to the prices.

Accommodation Cancellation Conditions;

• Accommodation cancellation request must be notified to Solo Event in writing.
• Accommodation confirmation will be given according to payment priority. If the payment is not made on the specified date, the Congress Organization Secretariat will not be able to confirm the accommodation request.
• For cancellations made before July 21, 2023, half of the deposited accommodation fee will be refunded.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made on or after July 21, 2023. Only name changes will be accepted after this date.

Transfer Information

• Collective transfers between the Airport-Hotel on 5 November and between Hotel-Airport on 8 November will be made free of charge upon prior notification to us.
• You can contact Solo Event for your private transfer requests.
